Located in North Bondi, Harry’s is a stone throw away from the iconic Bondi Beach, and has developed quite the following amongst both locals and those from afar. Harry’s has got something for all types of brunch enthusiasts, with many of the classics served up with a fresh, Bondi spin. It gets busy here (and they take walk-ins only), but you can grab a coffee from the front entrance and soak up those Bondi views while you wait.

3. Henry Lee’s

Henry Lee’s is the kind of cafe you go to for brunch, and you can’t help but feel good. Located in the cool inner-city suburb of Redfern, you’ll feel right at ease in their spacious outdoor seating area with their killer soundtrack. The Henry’s Lee menu changes every 3 months with the seasons but rest assured, its deliciousness remains constant. 

4. Four Ate Five

Consider this your cheerful, snug go-to in Surry Hills! Four Ate Five creates Middle Eastern-style brunch dishes you’re destined to love – like the shakshuka with crumbled feta or the falafel breakfast plate with tahini and Israeli pickles. They’re super friendly here, and you can bet it’s the kind of place you could go no matter if you’re in need of a hangover stack or if you’re looking for a healthy start to the day.

5. Social Hideout

One of Sydney’s most Instagrammable places, Social Hideout is heaven for picture-perfect brunches. It features the best backdrop of floral walls, drinks are served in shiny chrome bathtubs and neon signs are in abundance. 6. Cuckoo Callay

Cuckoo Callay is a quirky rabbit hole of brunch delights, located in both Surry Hills and Newtown – take your pick! The names of each dish are as outrageously fun as the vibes of this cafe – and combined, you’re in for a sunshiney start to your day! We don’t mean to alarm you, but they also have a section of their menu for dogs. We won’t judge you for coming here just so you can get your doggo fix for the day. PS. Hot tip from our Marketing Manager, Jaimmi: Order the Gorgeous Jorge with a side of triple smoked bacon!

7. Paramount Coffee Project

These guys are serious about good quality coffee, minus any coffee snobbery. Win! Paramount Coffee Project is set within an industrial-chic building on the cusp of Surry Hills. The staff have those laid-back vibes that just make you want to stay a while longer, and in terms of brunching: their menu is wonderful. If you’re a fan of fried chicken, then you’ve just been served an extra reason to go here – no questions.

8. The Winery

Up for a boozy brunch? Of course you are! There’s a few to choose from in Sydney, but we think that you can’t go past The Winery’s Bottomless Brunch package. Every Saturday & Sunday enjoy 3 fabulous courses and 2 hours of bottomless drinks in a stunning setting.The Winery is located in Surry Hills, so after brunch you have plenty of places to continue playing!

9. Indigo

In the luxe yet luscious suburb of Double Bay, you’ll find Indigo. Brunch here is superb, with a mixed menu which means there’s something for everyone: eggs, breakfast burritos, bowls, omelettes, pancakes… they have you sorted! Equal to the great breakfast is the people-watching you can enjoy from the tree-lined street setting – watch out for Lamborghinis, Bentleys and the rest!

10. Cooh

‘Honest food full of flavour’ is Cooh’s tagline… and boy do they mean it! Within their beautiful, open space, you can take your pick from a well-rounded variety of meals – including plenty of vegan, gluten free and dairy free options. They also serve up delicious vegan smoothies, farm-fresh juices, house-roasted coffee and brunch cocktails (because, why not!).
