YOUR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In consideration of other guests, quiet hours are between 10pm – 6am. Please be mindful of others and keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially in hallways.
Check out is at 10am. If you are staying in a shared dorm room, please remember to bring your pillowcase with you.
WiFi password is wakeupsydney. If you have any difficulties connecting, please see us at reception.
The Kitchen is on Level 1. It is open for use between 6am – 10pm, and is closed for cleaning from 2pm-3pm. If you’re storing food, don’t forget to clearly mark and date your food with the tags provided.
Our Guest Laundry is available for use between 7am – 10pm and is located on each level. It accepts $2 coins only. If you need the correct change or wish to buy some washing powder, please see us at reception.
Available to borrow from reception, just bring your ID along. A holding deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon return.
Available for hire from reception with a charge of $5. A deposit of $15 is required, and you’ll get $10 back upon return.
