YOUR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In consideration of neighbours and other guests, quiet hours are between 10pm – 6am. Please be mindful of others and keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially in hallways.
Check out is at 10am. If you are staying in a shared dorm room, please remember to bring your pillowcase with you.
Our shuttle is complimentary for all guests, and runs regularly every day from morning ’til night. Check out the timetable here.
Hit the waves! All surfboard rentals are included with your stay. To hire, pop down to reception with your valid photo ID or passport, and you’ll be able to hire out your board for 2 hours.
WiFi password is SUNSHINE (all upper case). If you have any difficulties connecting, please see us at reception.
The Kitchen is open for use between 6:30am – 10pm. If you’re storing food, don’t forget to clearly mark and date your food with the tags provided.
Our Guest Laundry is available for use between 6:30am – 10pm and is located in the corridor next to our communal areas. It accepts $2 and $1 coins only. If you need the correct change or wish to buy some washing powder, please see us at reception.
Available to borrow from reception, just bring your ID along. A holding deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon return.
Available for hire from reception. A deposit of $15 is required, of which $10 will be refunded upon return.
