Looking to get a sweat session done while staying isolated indoors? Have internet connection? You’re in luck!

No matter if you find yourself in one of our rooms, an apartment, or at home on the other side of the world, we’ve rounded up some of the top exercise classes you can do online while staying safe inside.

Keep It Cleaner

Our Aussie rays of sunshine – Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw from Keep It Cleaner – are offering free, live-streamed workouts via their KIC Facebook and Instagram pages. Workouts are usually reserved for their paid app, however in light of the current health crisis, they’ve opened up an online KIC gym. Tune in on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7am ADST.

Centr

You might’ve heard of Chris Hemsworth? You know, the Hollywood superstar from Thor and The Avengers, who now lives in blissful Byron Bay? Well, he’s also the founder of Centr – an app to keep you staying fit and healthy with at-home workouts. In light of the coronavirus situation, Chris is offering 6 weeks of Centr for free. Six weeks of Chris Hemsworth is surely the kind of positive content we all need right now…

Blogilates

Blogilates has organised a whole bunch of quarantine workout plans and exercises to get you moving at home. You can check these out on their website, as well as quick snippets on Instagram. Included in the mix is a series of ‘quiet workouts’ – you know, the type that don’t involve jumping, stomping and consequently giving your neighbours a headache.

Humming Puppy

Humming Puppy is bringing us peace and calm, through 3 free, one hour-long recorded classes. Their Mellow Hum class is a slow-paced, incredibly soothing class, designed to get your mind into a meditative state. Something many of us could do with at the moment! On the other end of the spectrum is the Dynamic Hum class: a physically and mentally challenging workout that’ll build your strength and body awareness.

We’d love to hear your tips on keeping active indoors at the moment. Connect with us on Instagram and shoot through a message with what you’re doing to stay healthy inside!
