      What's the best way to get to Wake Up Sydney from the airport?

      Catch the Sydney Airport train direct to Central Station (15 minutes) and take the Grand Concourse (Pitt Street) exit. That's it! Easy as, and no need to change trains!

      What time is check-in / check-out?

      Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is at 10am. Reception is open 24/7.

      Is there somewhere I can store my bags?

      Yes! We have free same day luggage storage available, for the day of your check-in and check-out. 

      Are towels & bed linen included?

      Bed linen, pillow and pillowcase are included for all guests. Towels are included complimentary in private rooms, and are available to hire for a $10 deposit in shared rooms.

      Do the rooms have lockers in them?

      Yes, all of our shared rooms have individual lockers. BYO lock, or purchase a padlock from Reception.

      Is there parking available?

      There is no free parking nearby the hostel.

      Is Wake Up Sydney accessibility friendly?

      Yes we are! We have wheelchair access to all areas of the hostel, including our basement bar and nightclub, common areas, and bathrooms. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific accessibility requirements you may have.       I'm a solo traveller. Is it easy to meet people at Wake Up Sydney?

      Absolutely! Wake Up Sydney is known for its social atmosphere and provides plenty of opportunities to meet fellow travellers. So many of our guests are solo travellers, so you will certainly not be alone. We have social nights and a dedicated Activities team, who are on hand to help you meet people and connect with other travellers.

      What facilities do you have?

      Our facilities include a full kitchen and dining area, laptop and working station, cafe, restaurant, bar, laundry facilities, and free WiFi. For more, see all of our facilities.

      When and how do I pay for my stay?

      In most cases, you will pay for your stay on arrival. During peak season (such as Christmas, New Year's and Madi Gras) you may pre-pay for your stay before arriving. For more information, please see our Booking FAQ here.

      What activities are free at the hostel?

      Most of Wake Up Sydney's activities are completely free for guests. These include our famous Wine & Cheese Night, Guided Beach and City Walking Tours, Friday Meetup, XXXXX. You can see all of our free activities here.

      By Train: 15 minute direct trip, from Sydney Airport to Central Station. Cost is around $20. This is your best bet!

      By Taxi or Rideshare: A 30-60 minute trip, pending traffic. Expect to pay around $45-$60.
