Updated response to COVID-19
Last updated: 8 October, 2021.
The health & safety of our guests and staff remains our top priority at Wake Up!. Like many other businesses, we’re adhering to all advice supplied to us via WHO, The Australian Department of Health, along with all local, state and federal governments, constantly adjusting as the situation develops.
We wanted to update you on the additional measures, policies and procedures that have been implemented across all locations, and reassure you that we’re doing everything we can to protect our guests and staff.
A Safe Stay At Wake Up!
We are looking forward to welcoming guests back to our property from October 11. In line with the NSW Government health advice regarding COVID-19, Wake Up! requires all guests over the age of 16 and all staff to be fully vaccinated. Guests will be required to present proof of their Covid-19 vaccination or medical exemption upon check-in. Failing to do so, will result in you being unable to stay at the property.
In addition, and in line with current advice, we may be unable to accommodate guests who have been to a listed Covid-19 exposure site in the past 14 days; or who have been in close contact with someone who has contracted Covid-19 in the past 14 days; or who have recently tested positive to Covid-19.
If you are uncertain of current regulations, please refer to your relevant government/health advice, including NSW Health case locations and alerts.
If you have a current reservation and are impacted by any restrictions, please contact our team immediately who will assist you in rescheduling or cancelling your reservation (contact details below).
Please note, unfortunately, due to the nature of our property, we are unable to facilitate self-isolation or self-quarantining on site.
Bookings & cancellations
During these challenging times, we recognise the need for flexibility surrounding reservations for our guests. Not only have we updated our cancellation policy in response to the current climate, we are taking every measure we can to accommodate those affected by these unprecedented circumstances.
Rest assured, we are here to support any guests impacted by these circumstances as best we can.
