      What time is check-in / check-out?

      Check-in is at 2pm; check-out is at 10am. Reception is open 24/7.

      Is there somewhere I can store my bags?

      Sure thing! We have a luggage storage room for you to use on the day of check-in and check-out.

      Are towels & bed linen included?

      We provide all bed linen. Towels are included in private rooms, and available for rent in shared rooms.

      Where does your shuttle bus go?

      Our free shuttle bus service operated daily between Wake Up and Byron's main bus stop (Bus Interchange). View the schedule here and jump aboard!

      Do the rooms have lockers in them?

      Yep! Please BYO padlock.

      Is there parking nearby?

      Sure is. At Wake Up Byron Bay, we offer complimentary onsite parking for guests, subject to availability. There is also day parking around the property, free of charge.

      How far away is Wake Up Byron Bay from the centre of town?

      We are a 5-10 minute drive or bike ride from the centre of town, and our free shuttle bus provides a drop off & return service hourly throughout the day. If you feel like walking, we're a gorgeous 30 minute walk to the town via the beach - idyllic!

      Do you have beach towels for hire?

      Yep! Beach towels are available to hire from Reception. A deposit is required, and will be refunded upon return of the towel.

      What free perks and inclusions do you offer?

      Great question. Our free inclusions include surfboard rentals, daily yoga classes and access to our onsite yoga tent, a regular shuttle bus, BBQ nights, live DJs by the pool, and more! In addition, we also offer affordable bike rentals.

      GETTING HERE

      By Train/Bus: Shuttle buses operate regularly from Ballina, Coolangatta (Gold Coast) and Brisbane. Expect to pay between AU $35-70. Journey times vary from approx. 40 minutes (Ballina), two hours (Gold Coast), four hours (Brisbane). Our free shuttle bus operated between Bryon Bay Bus Interchange and Wake Up.

      By Taxi or Rideshare: Uber operates from Ballina airport. Expect to pay around AU $70.

      By Car: Once you arrive in Byron Bay, look out for the big Wake Up sign and turn left on the corner of Ewingsdale Road and Kendall St (opposite Ampol fuel station). Follow until you make it to 25 Childe St.
